Sephora Media Project Coordinator

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Sephora markets and regional media teams to facilitate the transition to new media agencies across Europe.
- Create tailored transition roadmaps and retro-planning per market, ensuring alignment on timelines, processes, and organizational structures.
- Implement a structured tracking system to monitor progress against key milestones related to the media agency transition.
- Develop and share best practices and onboarding materials to accelerate agency knowledge and ensure understanding of Sephora's brand DNA and media objectives.
- Participate actively in steering committees with new media agencies and stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
- Oversee the migration of Sephora’s digital media accounts to ensure seamless campaign delivery and data transferability.
- Consolidate feedback from local Sephora teams to identify opportunities and share insights with agency leadership.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing between agencies to ensure consistency across markets.
- Support the setup of a new regional media coordination hub within the agency.
- Ensure readiness for the activation of the first 2026 media campaigns, including key events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
- Contribute to the rollout of cross-functional initiatives within new agencies, including KPI frameworks and measurement tools.
- Master's degree in marketing or communications.
- 10-15 years of experience in a media agency or with a distributor/beauty advertiser.
- Proficiency in media project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; international experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 10 years in a media agency or with a distributor/beauty advertiser, ideally with experience in media agency transitions.
Master's degree in marketing or communications.
