Sephora Media Executive

- Support the development and crafting of media strategies, channel recommendations, and media plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with media agencies and creative teams for timely delivery and submission of ad assets.
- Reconcile campaign costs for billing processes.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for future strategies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, or TikTok.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and delivering impactful results.
- Systematic and analytical mindset with comfort in working with data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptability and confidence in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on managing and optimizing digital media campaigns.
