1. Support the growth strategy of the APP channel through media efforts, making decisions based on campaign learnings and business opportunities.
2. Directly manage campaigns with media outlets, optimizing opportunities daily.
3. Plan, operate, and analyze media with a focus on increasing app user base and engagement.
4. Monitor media partners and support campaign calendar and briefing creation with the creative team.
5. Conduct daily tracking of indicators, present results, and manage reports and dashboards.
6. Interface with technology, creative, tagging, and business intelligence teams.
7. Conduct tests and analyze competition.

1. Experience in media planning and operation with a focus on apps.
2. Experience with media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic.
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics.
4. Experience with Appsflyer or Adjust.
5. Mastery of key performance indicators and essential business metrics.
6. Experience in e-commerce and/or retail.
7. Intermediate English proficiency.
