Sephora Masterdata Coordinator

- Ensure the maintenance of data quality and integrity.
- Create, modify, and coordinate Master Data according to established company rules.
- Promote awareness and education of teams regarding Master Data and Data Governance.
- Act as the key contact for managing the lifecycle of items and components (BOM) from end to end.
- Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and operating modes.
- Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor Master Data actions.
- Drive change management initiatives and promote data culture within the organization.
- Act as a reference for Master Data Projects and assist in the evolution of Master Data tools.
- Graduate degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, or a Specialized Master's (Engineering or Business School).
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, or as a Product Owner Data & Tools.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- CSCP (APICS), CDMP, and/or PL-300 certification is a plus.
- Rigor, analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP), PIM, Power BI, PLM, and other Master Data Management tools.
A minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, or as a Product Owner Data & Tools.
Graduate degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, or a Specialized Master's (Engineering or Business School).
