- Lead the management of Master Data for Materials, Pricing, and Suppliers within the SAP ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze master data, key data, and master relationship data for both Materials and Pricing.
- Develop models, dashboards, and workflows to support KPI reporting and performance management.
- Ensure data standardization, quality, governance, and provide a single source of trust for data domains.
- Participate in data quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Proactively monitor and analyze master data objects to improve data cleanliness and quality.
- Resolve data quality issues through error detection, correction, and process improvement strategies.
- Perform regular business activities such as data quality reviews, data cleanup, and dashboard reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align master data rules and application operations.
- Support internal audit processes through documentation and analysis.
- Develop risk-based testing approaches to ensure system compliance and efficiency.
- Advocate for continual improvement in data integrity and end-to-end processes.
- Improve and automate reporting of performance metrics using Power BI and other tools.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality domains.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Looker, and other BI reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong team spirit, agility, and adaptability under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Minimum of 6 years in Master Data Management, with experience in Retail or FMCG sectors preferred.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
