Sephora Master Data Manager

1. Manage the global article/supplier database across 30 countries, encompassing over 100,000 articles and nearly 500 brands.
2. Create and update product master data ensuring quality, consistency, and completeness.
3. Implement automated controls using defined data models and propose enhancements to tools, processes, and data visualization.
4. Ensure data quality through the establishment of control procedures and tools.
5. Provide technical support and training to headquarters and country teams.
6. Collaborate with various departments such as Category Management, Planning, CRM, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and IT to gather necessary information for the information system.

1. Minimum of a 2-year higher education diploma (Bac +2)

1. Initiative and strong interpersonal skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Rigorous and well-organized
4. Proficiency in English
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros
6. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

Entry-level experience in data management is preferred.
