1. Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of marketing budgets in collaboration with Finance and budget owners.
2. Support the annual marketing budget process, ensuring accuracy and alignment across budget lines.
3. Track spending against marketing objectives and deliver regular budget updates.
4. Assist in planning, tracking, and managing strategic marketing projects.
5. Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines.
6. Develop presentations for executive meetings and synthesize complex data into compelling business narratives.
7. Prepare materials for Marketing Leadership Team meetings and quarterly Town Halls.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years' experience in management consulting, investment banking, or consumer-facing companies with large budget ownership.
3. Ability to work in an office environment 3 days a week and travel internationally once a year.

1. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
2. Executive presence and outstanding interpersonal skills.
3. Proven ability to distill complex topics into actionable narratives for executive audiences.
4. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

5+ years' experience in management consulting, investment banking, or consumer-facing companies with large budget ownership.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
