Sephora Marketing Specialist

- Manage Sephora Türkiye's organic social media channels, ensuring alignment with company goals in collaboration with Offer, CRM, and E-commerce teams.
- Adapt and oversee the monthly social media calendar locally, creating and updating the annual social media strategy with the digital agency to enhance follower engagement.
- Develop local content for omni-channel, retail, and web/app communications.
- Create and execute engaging social media content plans for press, store openings, in-store, and customer engagement events.
- Lead social media moderation and response templates, coordinating with the digital agency and reporting to the CRM team as needed.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and central social media reports, including post-campaign analyses.
- Translate and adapt global content for local use.
- Collaborate with the media agency on social media follower-based advertisements and budget tracking.
- Oversee blog editorial content and analytics, managing the blog agency and brand relations for content creation.
- Work closely with the Marcom Executive to support influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
- Communicate with brands regarding media investments.
- Proficiency in social media management and strategy development.
- Strong content creation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills for reporting and content performance evaluation.
- Experience in managing digital and media agencies.
Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing within the beauty or retail industry is preferred.
