1. Participate in product development including formula testing, packaging development, and product documentation.
2. Create 360° support materials for Digital, Operational Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
3. Contribute to the deployment of the 2029 marketing strategy, including new concepts and trends.
4. Analyze market trends, innovations, and consumer needs.
5. Evaluate category performance.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program, such as a business school or university with a marketing specialization (gap year or end-of-studies internship).
2. Previous experience in marketing development is a plus.
3. Prior experience in the cosmetics industry is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.
5. Fluent in English.
