1. Support the development of product plans for 2026/2027/2028, including formula testing, product naming, and creation of 360° communication materials.
2. Conduct weekly analyses of product launches by region and track category performance.
3. Participate in the development and study of the 2028 marketing strategy.
4. Perform competitive intelligence on brands, market innovations, and consumer needs, and create internal newsletters on current topics.
5. Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders and Sephora Retail.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing.
2. Previous experience in marketing development.

1. Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactiveness.

Beginner level experience in marketing development is required.

Master's degree in progress with a specialization in Marketing.
