1. Define the product mix, including concepts, offerings, packaging, formulas, shades, and pricing for the 2025 plan.
2. Participate in product development, focusing on formula and packaging innovation.
3. Contribute to the creation of 360° strategies for strategic launches.
4. Analyze market trends and innovations to identify new launch opportunities.
5. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including sell-in/sell-out data, reviews, and competitive analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1/M2) in a business school with a specialization in Marketing.

2. Creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
