- Support the development of product plans for 2026/2027/2028, including formula testing, product naming, and creation of 360° communication materials.
- Conduct weekly analyses of product launches by region and monitor category performance.
- Participate in the formulation and study of the 2028 marketing strategy.
- Perform competitive intelligence on brands, market innovations, and consumer needs, and create internal newsletters on current topics.
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders and Sephora Retail.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in English.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.
Previous experience in marketing development is required.
Master's degree in progress, specializing in Marketing.
