1. Lead the Marketing Contractor program, optimizing and managing relationships with staffing agencies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing teams to track and manage resourcing assignments across campaigns.
3. Oversee the management of high-volume production agencies and a translations vendor, ensuring successful onboarding and project execution.
4. Manage a $5M budget, including processing invoices and forecasting tools, acting as the Coupa systems expert.
5. Maintain and update all process documents for Marketing Operations, creating dashboards and reports in Smartsheet.

1. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a marketing or creative team.
2. Strong understanding of marketing assets and vendor management.
3. Familiarity with procurement processes in corporate or agency settings.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, including pivot tables and dashboards.
2. Experience with Fieldglass, Monday.com, Ironclad, or Zip is advantageous.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 5 years in marketing operations, ideally within a marketing or creative team environment.

The annual base salary range is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
