- Develop and lead retention strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Digital Merchandising, Promotions and Loyalty, and Omni teams.
- Analyze past campaign performance to derive insights and inform future planning.
- Establish best practices for strategic campaign planning.
- Manage and optimize the monthly marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution with inputs from cross-functional partners.
- Partner with the Retention Ops team to ensure flawless operational execution for Email and Mobile Messaging.
- Conduct quality assurance on campaigns to ensure accuracy in linking strategies and content.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with appropriate partners to resolve them.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and propose solutions to streamline processes.
- Conduct customer analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop localized strategies and business cases, sharing recommendations with leadership.
- Execute and test new tactics tailored to the Canadian client base.
- Build and socialize channel best practices, strategies, and testing roadmaps.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships to unlock new sales and engagement opportunities.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships across US and Canada teams.
- Stay informed on US strategies, technology, and initiatives to ensure seamless inclusion of Canada in relevant projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Email and Mobile Messaging or Digital Marketing, preferably in retail.
- Experience in campaign segmentation strategies and analytics.
- Proficiency with Email or Mobile Messaging deployment platforms (e.g., Epsilon, Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic recommendations (experience with Tableau is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating a calm and nimble approach to problem-solving.
- High sense of urgency with a self-starter mindset and motivation.
- Superb attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in project execution.
5+ years of experience in Email and Mobile Messaging or Digital Marketing, preferably in retail.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
