Sephora Marketing Manager

- Serve as the primary marketing contact for over 20 skincare brands, managing relationships and understanding each brand's business and priorities.
- Advise senior marketing leaders on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, including sampling strategies, social media, and paid media advertising.
- Develop and execute collaborative marketing programs, securing brand participation and analyzing return on investment.
- Manage Beauty Insider sampling and promotional plans, utilizing data to optimize brand investments.
- Identify and develop new co-op marketing programs and partnerships, building business cases for innovative ideas.
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, collaborating with merchandising, creative, store marketing, and analytics teams.
- Mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners, demonstrating Sephora's core values.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within the agency, retail, or beauty industry.
- Strong background in digital, social media, and non-traditional marketing.
- Proven problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lead and build relationships in a cross-functional team.
- Passion for Sephora and its marketing programs.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to travel as required.
5+ years in marketing or brand management, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
The annual base salary range is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
