Sephora Marketing Manager

- Serve as the primary marketing contact for over 20 skincare brands, managing relationships and understanding brand priorities.
- Advise senior marketing leaders on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to enhance brand performance at Sephora.
- Develop and execute collaborative marketing programs, analyzing ROI and optimizing strategies for mutual benefit.
- Manage Beauty Insider sampling and promotional plans, utilizing data to drive brand investment and optimize sampling strategies.
- Identify and propose new co-op marketing programs and partnerships, building business cases for innovative ideas.
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, collaborating with merchandising, creative, store marketing, and analytics teams.
- Mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners, embodying Sephora's values of passion, innovation, and teamwork.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within the agency, retail, or beauty sectors.
- Strong background in digital, social media, and non-traditional marketing.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adeptness in anticipating challenges and generating solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative self-starter with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and build effective relationships within cross-functional teams.
5+ years in marketing or brand management, with a preference for experience in the beauty, retail, or agency sectors.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
