Sephora Marketing Manager, Behavioral Email

- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive channel performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Merchandising, and Analytics to deliver personalized and seamless client experiences.
- Lead the development of testing strategies focusing on A/B, holdout, and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and share results cross-functionally.
- Oversee the technical execution of automated triggers and multi-touch journeys leveraging existing data flows.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize contributions and ensure strategic services align with program needs.
- Monitor campaign health and performance, resolving technical issues with vendors and platforms as needed.
- Develop and coach a direct report, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented team environment.
- 4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, preferably in retail.
- Proven understanding of email marketing principles, with experience in segmentation and personalization.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on retention marketing and email strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in extracting insights from data to drive campaign improvements.
- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A minimum of 4 years in email and digital marketing, with a focus on segmentation and personalization strategies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
