- Draft creative briefs for retail campaigns and mall partnerships.
- Collaborate with social media and PR teams on brand and loyalty activations.
- Coordinate brand and loyalty events on Sephora channels to maximize awareness and RSVPs.
- Execute monthly Rewards Boutique updates with the Regional Loyalty team.
- Create the monthly Rewards Boutique marketing communication plan.
- Monitor brand partnership and CRM campaigns for stock availability and timely communications.
- Identify optimization opportunities for brand campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly post-mortem reports.
- Maintain accurate tracking of retail and loyalty-related costs in the marketing budget tracker.
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in beauty, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Comfortable with basic performance tracking and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and support cross-functional teams.
- Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Beginner level experience in marketing or related fields.
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
The internship offers a comprehensive understanding of CRM and marketing operations, honing skills in project coordination and teamwork within the beauty industry.
