- Support the consolidation of marketing trackers across Singapore and Malaysia, including campaign calendars, CRM dashboards, budgets, and performance reports.
- Assist in mapping and documenting end-to-end marketing workflows into standard operating procedures and flowcharts.
- Create visual documentation using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Miro, or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to align and streamline duplicated workflows or inconsistent practices.
- Identify process gaps, overlaps, or manual pain points that can be simplified.
- Maintain a centralized repository for all marketing-related templates, trackers, and documented processes.
- Ensure materials are clearly filed, consistently formatted, and easy to update.
- Support logistics, planning, and follow-up for integration workshops or team syncs.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to integration, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an eye for structure and clarity.
- Ability to navigate multiple workstreams and formats simultaneously.
- Curious and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in collaborative environments.
- Eagerness to learn how marketing operations fuel creativity and efficiency.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in marketing operations and process integration is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
