1. Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes across campaigns.
3. Collaborate with internal teams such as Retention Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative for seamless campaign execution.
4. Support the expansion and growth of email marketing channels by testing new tools and technologies.
5. Lead execution of U.S. email campaigns and refine cross-functional processes.
6. Test and validate new technologies and expansion use cases.

1. 2+ years of production e-commerce experience focused on email and mobile digital marketing.
2. Familiarity with email deployment platforms such as Epsilon, Braze, or Salesforce.
3. Experience with tools like Movable Ink, Jacquard, or Ziflow.
4. Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
5. Understanding of campaign segmentation and analytics.

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,500.00 - $84,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
