- Ensure exceptional execution of existing operational programs and processes across all Canadian stores.
- Develop and optimize new operational programs and processes to enhance regional business growth and profitability.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and feedback to regional directors and district managers to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop resources and tools for workload management, payroll, supply chain processes, and controllable store expenses.
- Offer feedback and recommendations for regional or district improvements, focusing on processes, expense control, and team development.
- Support new store openings by collaborating with U.S. teams to ensure process consistency across North America.
- Create and deliver training tools for operational process development, focusing on operations and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions during district and regional meetings to ensure operational consistency across Canada.
- Act as a primary liaison with logistics and distribution teams regarding delivery schedules and store optimization.
- Participate in various projects as determined by senior management.
- Minimum of 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to train staff and conduct meetings.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and presentation.
- Comfortable reviewing and analyzing store financial statements (P&L, dashboards, Smart reports, MCS inventory management system, various CSO reports).
- Flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Windows programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within a high-volume retail environment, with experience managing multiple stores considered an asset.
