- Shape and implement total rewards schemes for the Asia Pacific region.
- Collaborate with business and HR teams to provide year-round consultation on total rewards.
- Drive compensation and benefits strategy and best practices across South-East Asia and Oceania.
- Communicate regional compensation strategies and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on strategic compensation matters to regional and market HR teams.
- Project manage the annual compensation review process and support performance management.
- Review and benchmark compensation frameworks, job leveling structures, and incentive schemes.
- Lead participation in compensation and benefits surveys and collaborate with HR consulting vendors.
- Guide markets on annual insurance plan and flexible benefits renewal.
- Support global benefits projects by liaising with market HR teams and regional/global C&B teams.
- Plan and consolidate financials and budgets for headcount and payroll.
- Analyze workforce data and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate on regional projects in total rewards, including retail workforce HR projects and salary structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of strong Total Rewards experience at the regional level.
- Experience in developing and refining total rewards strategies.
- Familiarity with HR lifecycle processes and market trends in compensation and benefits.
- Experience in managing HR budgets and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Understanding of payroll fundamentals.
- Experience in a matrixed multi-national organization.
- Strong critical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits strategy.
- Proficiency in financial planning and budget management.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Total Rewards at a regional level, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
