Sephora Manager, Store Experience Insights and Analytics

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for store experience, providing actionable insights to leadership and field teams.
- Analyze sales data, client feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the store experience and increasing sales conversion.
- Create reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of store experience initiatives, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct audits of existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee the Selling Productivity Program, providing insights to optimize current initiatives.
- Drive Beauty Services program performance by forecasting goals and leveraging client insights.
- Serve as the Canadian Representative for Tableau/AIQ platforms related to store objectives and digital initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for retail journey enhancement through innovative pilots and programs.
- Collaborate with Brand Education, Retail Talent & Training, and Business Operations to integrate store experience tools into learning programs.
- Partner with the North American Business Analytics team to set store experience goals.
- Perform site visits to assess in-store environment and customer experience.
- Monitor team strategies for promoting the Beauty Insider Program.
- Work cross-functionally to understand the impact of initiatives on store experience.
- Develop presentations and communication materials to share insights with stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic analytical role within Retail Operations, Finance, Strategic Initiatives, or Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
- Genuine passion for beauty and customer service.
Minimum 3 years in a strategic analytical role within Retail Operations, Finance, Strategic Initiatives, or Business Development.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.
