Sephora Manager, Retention Operations

- Lead technical operations for personalization scaling initiatives, including UAT and process improvements.
- Support and enhance third-party vendor relationships, coordinating daily operations and resolving issues.
- Track and monitor retention marketing technology roadmaps to elevate channel performance.
- Establish rigorous data validation processes to ensure channel integrity and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retention Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define and scale technical requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing technologies, focusing on email and mobile marketing.
- Proven experience with retention marketing and CRM campaigns using enterprise Campaign Management solutions or ESPs.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building vendor relationships and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Jira, and Monday.com.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative mindset with a drive to push boundaries in marketing technology.
A minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and marketing technologies, with a focus on email and mobile marketing.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
