1. Contribute to the development and implementation of merchandising strategies across the Asia region.
2. Collaborate with global brands to ensure efficient market execution.
3. Support the sourcing and incubation of emerging Asian beauty brands.
4. Assist in overseeing the merchandising budget.
5. Conduct in-depth business analytics to identify market trends and opportunities.
6. Provide strategic support for global meetings.
7. Contribute to the development of the Asia product development and animation calendar.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or category management, preferably in multi-brand retail.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
3. Proven track record in developing and implementing category strategies.
4. Experience in managing brand portfolios and supplier relationships.

2. Expertise in data analytics and consumer insights.
3. Ability to manage stakeholders and influence in a multicultural environment.

Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or category management, ideally with multi-brand retail experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
