Sephora Manager of Client Engineering

- Identify, define, and enhance Client Engineering platforms and services to ensure functionality, stability, scalability, and security.
- Implement and maintain process structures aligned with global standards to meet business needs while balancing compliance with risk and cost.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the Client Engineering team, managing a geographically distributed team to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with executives and technology stakeholders to create and execute the technology roadmap.
- Ensure the security and compliance of end-user systems and data through regular audits and assessments.
- Own continual improvement and process maturity through regular reviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting to communicate the status of engineering delivery and systems health to stakeholders and executives.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
- 3+ years managing globally distributed high-performing teams.
- 3+ years in a managerial role within Enterprise/Infrastructure Engineering.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Azure AD, Active Directory, and other collaboration and security tools.
- Proficiency in OS and Application Management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell and Python.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and align resources and partners.
A minimum of 8 years in engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing globally distributed teams.
The annual base salary range for this position is $156,150.00 - $173,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
