Sephora Manager, Loss Prevention

- Implement Asset Protection programs within the Distribution Center in collaboration with the DC management team.
- Focus on shrink reduction through awareness, investigations, and physical security controls.
- Develop an Asset Protection awareness culture through partnerships, communication, and training.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve theft incidents within Distribution Centers and the supply chain.
- Support Field Asset Protection by resolving shipment discrepancies and reviewing weekly OSD reports.
- Maintain and monitor physical security controls, including key/core control, card access, alarm, and CCTV systems.
- Manage 3rd party contracted security guard services, ensuring effective training and deployment.
- Partner with Inventory Control to review cycle count reporting and identify potential theft issues.
- Develop relationships with law enforcement, cargo theft investigators, and city personnel.
- Network with supply chain security professionals in both private and public sectors.
- Support the Director of Transportation Services in identifying compliance and security deviations.
- Participate in management meetings to develop and support shrink initiatives.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Asset Protection.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Asset Protection experience, preferably in a distribution center.
- Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid certification.
- Proficiency with CCTV, alarm, and card access systems.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Leadership skills to develop cohesive teams.
- Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electronic security technology and keying systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and loss prevention applications.
A minimum of 5 years in Asset Protection, with a preference for experience in distribution centers.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
