Sephora Manager, Inventory Control

1. Oversee the Inventory Control operations within a highly automated Distribution Center exceeding 745K square feet.
2. Supervise Inventory Control personnel, ensuring achievement of service, cost, quality, and financial objectives.
3. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
4. Engage and inspire leadership to create and achieve strategic and tactical plans for the Distribution Center.
5. Promote team collaboration and accountability for meeting performance objectives.
6. Ensure effective management of equipment and labor resources to meet service levels and budgets.
7. Conduct quality and accuracy control audits regularly.
8. Prepare management, productivity, and finance analysis reports accurately and timely.
9. Adhere to safety, performance, state, and OSHA regulations for safe working practices.

1. Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA.
3. Experience in managing, supporting, and creating annual operating budgets.

1. Comprehensive understanding of production floor operations, including Receiving, Outbound/Shipping, Dotcom, and Inventory Control.
2. Ability to delegate and develop leaders and manage large teams.
3. Knowledge of distribution operating systems and logistics activities.
4. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5. Analytical abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Problem-solving initiative.

Minimum of 7+ years in management within a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
