Sephora Manager, Inventory Control

- Oversee the Inventory Control operations within a highly automated Distribution Center exceeding 745K square feet.
- Supervise Inventory Control personnel, ensuring achievement of service, cost, quality, and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Engage and inspire leadership to create and achieve strategic and tactical plans for the Distribution Center.
- Promote team collaboration and accountability for meeting performance objectives.
- Ensure effective management of equipment and labor resources to meet service levels and budgets.
- Conduct quality and accuracy control audits regularly.
- Prepare management, productivity, and finance analysis reports accurately and timely.
- Adhere to safety, performance, state, and OSHA regulations for safe working practices.
- Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA.
- Experience in managing, supporting, and creating annual operating budgets.
- Comprehensive understanding of production floor operations, including Receiving, Outbound/Shipping, Dotcom, and Inventory Control.
- Ability to delegate and develop leaders and manage large teams.
- Knowledge of distribution operating systems and logistics activities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving initiative.
Minimum of 7+ years in management within a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
