Sephora Manager, Integrated Marketing

- Champion the SEPHORA brand in Canada by leading integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with the local market.
- Develop and execute mid-funnel category strategies and key commercial retail moments to enhance client engagement and traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in North America to ensure campaign relevancy and accuracy for the Canadian market.
- Manage and mentor an Assistant Marketing Manager, fostering their growth and development.
- Drive strategic amplification opportunities across marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
- Oversee the execution of top-of-funnel campaigns to generate mass awareness and excitement.
- Lead ad hoc brand projects to ensure Canadian market needs are addressed.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and identifying efficiencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver local insights and campaign execution.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance and Retail Operations teams to support campaign success.
- 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and work across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the retail landscape and omni-channel marketing tactics.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build strong partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns and omni-channel strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The compensation ranges between CAD $101,100 - $113,000 plus bonus, with RRSP matching.
