Sephora Manager, Integrated Marketing

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation and implementation of a regional marketing calendar to reinforce branding strategy.
- Oversee the development of regional toolkits and ensure timely delivery across all marketing channels.
- Maintain and champion Sephora's brand codes and expressions through toolkit development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with the Priority Push concepts.
- Source and manage partnerships with media, vendors, and trend forecasters to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and manage Trello cards to brief cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.
- Foster reciprocal partnerships within a matrixed organization across various departments.
- Innovate and test new marketing ideas and executions based on market learnings.
- Stay informed on emerging beauty and technology trends.
- At least 7-8 years of professional experience in the retail industry, preferably in environments with multiple brands.
- Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong management skills and international exposure.
- Strategic thinking and vision planning.
- Detail-oriented project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to align teams with mission and vision.
- Understanding of team culture and dynamics.
Minimum of 7-8 years in the retail industry, ideally in environments with multiple brands.
Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
