- Serve as the primary educational liaison for priority brand partners and merchants, acting as a subject matter expert in the creation and curation of training content.
- Lead a portfolio of top-performing brands, optimizing growth through strategic store training programs.
- Present ongoing brand updates to leadership, including executives and founders, and provide strategic plans for brand objectives.
- Analyze data to develop personalized strategies for brands during bi-annual market planning meetings.
- Consult with brand leaders on resource investments, including sales team growth and training content creation.
- Collaborate with merchant leads and brand leaders to enhance brand growth through training investments and programming.
- Identify program and skill gaps to determine necessary training for client services and product differentiation.
- Design and support the development of personalized content to enhance product and category knowledge.
- Drive category strategies and organizational initiatives, focusing on top brands, products, and trends.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to develop innovative learning solutions addressing category and program needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
- Cosmetology certificate and/or hair expertise/experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective educational programming.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or beauty education, with a focus on connecting category education to the retail environment.
- Strong client interaction, service, and selling skills.
- Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate with various organizational levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Box.
- Ability to be on-screen talent for presentations and digital trainings.
- Willingness to travel as required.
3-5 years of experience in retail or beauty education, with a focus on connecting category education to the retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred or equivalent experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $132,100.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
