Sephora Manager, FP&A Consolidation

- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Interpret financial results, identify key trends, and recommend options for improvement.
- Coordinate and guide the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts with local market finance and senior finance leaders.
- Lead the budgeting cycle for Asia management team, consolidating and presenting plans to senior management.
- Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting, budgeting, and operational processes.
- Partner with various levels of finance teams to ensure alignment on priorities, direction, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial reporting policies and deadlines for SEA reporting to Global Finance.
- Consolidate and analyze month-end financials, reforecasts, budgets, supporting schedules, bridges, and ad hoc reporting.
- Prepare analyses of incremental market, channel, departmental costs associated with business initiatives.
- Develop and monitor business performance metrics.
- Lead projects aimed at improving financial reporting systems and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, markets, and levels of the organization.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis on financial results and advice on the financial impact of decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or consolidations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (Chart of Account and Cost Center matrix).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Jedox/any consolidation tools).
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret key financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Resilient, solution-oriented, meticulous, able to manage deadlines effectively, and a strong team player.
A minimum of 7-8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or consolidations, with experience in a complex environment and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
