1. Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
2. Interpret financial results, identify key trends, and recommend options for improvement.
3. Coordinate and guide the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts with local market finance and senior finance leaders.
4. Lead the budgeting cycle for Asia management team, consolidating and presenting plans to senior management.
5. Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting, budgeting, and operational processes.
6. Partner with various levels of finance teams to ensure alignment on priorities, direction, and deliverables.
7. Ensure compliance with internal financial reporting policies and deadlines for SEA reporting to Global Finance.
8. Consolidate and analyze month-end financials, reforecasts, budgets, supporting schedules, bridges, and ad hoc reporting.
9. Prepare analyses of incremental market, channel, departmental costs associated with business initiatives.
10. Develop and monitor business performance metrics.
11. Lead projects aimed at improving financial reporting systems and efficiency.
12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, markets, and levels of the organization.
13. Provide ad-hoc analysis on financial results and advice on the financial impact of decisions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 7-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or consolidations.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles (Chart of Account and Cost Center matrix).

1. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Jedox/any consolidation tools).
2. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret key financial data.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
5. Resilient, solution-oriented, meticulous, able to manage deadlines effectively, and a strong team player.

A minimum of 7-8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or consolidations, with experience in a complex environment and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
