Sephora Manager, Engineering, IT Services

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex features across ServiceNow, JIRA, and other enterprise platforms.
- Participate in solution design, architecture decisions, and hands-on coding when necessary.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Own release planning and production change management with minimal tolerance for slippages and outages.
- Ensure end-to-end performance, security, and reliability across application and integration layers.
- Define and enforce architectural principles and best practices for IT Services platforms.
- Manage Level 3+ support for IT Services platforms, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
- Drive proactive measures to prevent major incidents and minimize business impact.
- Manage and coordinate a diverse team across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
- Mentor and coach engineers to deepen technical expertise and foster innovation.
- Execute the IT Services roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships and track service levels.
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering and/or architecture experience.
- 5+ years of platform ownership in ServiceNow and/or Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence).
- 5+ years of Level 3+ production support and incident/problem management in a 24×7 enterprise.
- 3+ years of people management of engineering teams across multiple locations.
- 3+ years of agile delivery experience, including Scrum/Kanban.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable), microservices, RESTful APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0/SAML.
- Hands-on experience with AI and emerging technologies, including Microsoft Cloud Platform.
- Strong architecture and systems design skills.
- Proficiency in observability and reliability engineering.
- Experience in secure SDLC and platform hardening.
- Quality engineering and test automation skills.
- Proficiency in release and change management aligned with ITIL standards.
- Incident management and Level 3 ownership capabilities.
A minimum of 10 years in software engineering and architecture, with significant experience in platform ownership and production support.
The annual base salary range for this position is $173,610.00 - $192,900.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
