1. Manage the build and optimization of cloud-native platforms and DevOps toolchains, including CI/CD, IaC, and containers.
2. Provide hands-on technical guidance, reviews, and design leadership.
3. Define platform architecture, standards, security baselines, and integration patterns.
4. Own the multi-year roadmap for DevOps & Platform services.
5. Lead and develop globally distributed SRE/DevOps teams, driving performance management and succession planning.
6. Engage in L3 production triage and incident resolution, ensuring SLA adherence.
7. Partner with engineering to align priorities and communicate status, risks, and trade-offs.
8. Manage vendors, licenses, and platform spend, optimizing total cost of ownership.
9. Drive observability, automation, and AI adoption to improve reliability and performance.

1. 8+ years of hands-on leadership in SRE/DevOps and platform engineering.
2. 6+ years of proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams in enterprise-scale hybrid/public cloud environments.
3. Experience in L3 production triage and incident/problem support in 24×7 environments.
4. Strong background in observability tooling and infrastructure monitoring.
5. Hands-on experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD automation, and migrations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $173,610.00 - $192,900.00, with potential bonuses.
