1. Leverage expertise in complex database research and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
2. Utilize Sephora’s Data Platform and SQL queries to analyze data across customer service, logistics, and sales functions.
3. Identify and integrate AI capabilities into Client Services tools to enhance user experience and automate workflows.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to initiate technology projects and process improvements.
5. Translate technical findings into actionable steps to enhance program rollouts and strategic company initiatives.

1. 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL and intermediate query writing.
2. Experience in performing large-scale analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Proven track record in designing process improvements for complex projects.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to lead data-driven decision-making processes.
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

5-8 years of experience using data analysis tools and software, including familiarity with SQL and the ability to write intermediate level queries for data extraction.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
