Sephora Manager, Client Services Operations

- Drive internal and external execution to achieve metrics aligned with Sephora-defined targets.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and act on performance opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with BPO and vendor relationships to ensure results and KPIs are met.
- Define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators and quality standards.
- Conduct trend analyses to identify needs and develop strategies to enhance workflows.
- Leverage reporting to analyze operational data and develop action plans.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to direct reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operational processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in contact center leadership or relevant operations.
- 4+ years in a leadership role within a metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with operational process improvement projects.
- Proven track record of managing vendor performance and standards.
- Ability to make informed decisions and manage resources effectively.
- Exceptional client services skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of care center software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
3-5 years of experience in contact center leadership or relevant operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role within a metrics-driven environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $83,810.00 - $111,530.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
