Sephora Manager, Category Management

- Develop and implement category strategies based on market trends and consumer insights to optimize growth and profitability.
- Manage a portfolio of brands, driving differentiation and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and joint business planning with key brand groups.
- Optimize product assortment and establish clear pricing principles.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team for effective planning and forecasting.
- Track omni-channel category performance against set KPIs.
- Plan and execute new brand launches and manage existing brand calendars.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in category management, retail buying, or a related field.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing category strategies.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing brand portfolios and supplier relationships.
- Ability to optimize assortments and manage product lifecycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
At least 6 years of experience in category management, retail buying, or a related field, with a proven track record in driving growth and profitability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
