- Serve as a subject matter expert in fragrance, crafting educational content and leading training sessions.
- Foster relationships with brand partners to develop and enhance training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth strategies and organizational initiatives.
- Support brand operation programs for efficient processes and seamless store operations.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- 5-7 years of experience in retail education and/or brand management, with luxury fragrance experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to develop, deliver, and measure effective educational programming.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and project management tools.
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate needs effectively.
5-7 years of experience in retail education and/or brand management, preferably within the luxury fragrance sector.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
