Sephora Manager, Brand Updates

- Oversee the project management of the brand update process, coordinating extensively with brands, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects within assigned categories, managing merchant and brand relationships to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
- Determine vendor assignments based on brand needs, supplier capabilities, and growth plans.
- Manage budgets for new or updating projects, including processing invoices and collaborating with accounts payable.
- Provide training for cross-functional teams and brands on brand updates, fixtures, and processes.
- Participate in strategy and evaluation meetings with brands or vendors, providing feedback on store and fixture designs.
- Monitor vendor performance and lead discussions on improvements and accountability as part of the Vendor Scorecard.
- Travel for prototype review attendance and participate in monthly team store visits to execute updates.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- High-level problem-solving and analytical skills with sound judgment.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and retailer merchant systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to leadership.
A minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
The annual base salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $126,000.00. Eligibility for bonuses is also available.
