Sephora Manager, Asset Protection

- Implement Asset Protection programs within the Distribution Center in collaboration with the DC management team.
- Focus on shrink reduction through awareness, investigations, and physical security controls.
- Develop and support an Asset Protection awareness culture through partnerships and training.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve theft incidents within the Distribution Centers and supply chain.
- Support Field Asset Protection by resolving shipment discrepancies and reviewing OSD reporting.
- Maintain and monitor physical security controls, including key/core control, card access, alarm, and CCTV systems.
- Manage 3rd party contracted security guard services to ensure effective training and deployment.
- Partner with Inventory Control to review cycle count reporting and identify potential theft issues.
- Develop relationships with law enforcement and supply chain security professionals.
- Support compliance and security expectations within supply chain transportation.
- Participate in management meetings to develop and support shrink initiatives.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Asset Protection.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Asset Protection experience, preferably within a distribution center.
- Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid certification preferred.
- Experience with CCTV, alarm, and card access systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in loss prevention applications and MS Office suite.
A minimum of 5 years in Asset Protection, preferably within a distribution center environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
