Sephora Manager, Analytics and AI

- Engage regularly with leaders and business users across retail, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, and CRM departments.
- Identify opportunities to leverage analytics or data science models for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement analytics and AI models, including writing models independently and sourcing vendors for solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation processes.
- Engage stakeholders to support the roll-out of proof of concepts to full-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with the LVMH Group data science team to ensure AI compliance and find synergies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in analyzing large datasets and deriving business insights.
- Proven track record in implementing analytics and AI models in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Data modeling experience or experience with data science platforms such as Dataiku or Alteryx.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years' hands-on experience in data analysis and business insights.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
