1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide continuous training and development to enhance makeup skills, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
4. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Deliver expert makeup consultations and personalized product recommendations.
6. Oversee daily operations of the makeup department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
7. Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
8. Ensure adherence to Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention and health and safety protocols.
9. Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of makeup products and application techniques.
3. Experience in handling employee relations issues, such as lateness and performance concerns.

2. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Comfortable using technology for inventory management and customer engagement.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on makeup artistry and beauty services.
