Sephora Makeup Supervisor

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance makeup skills, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear performance goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment.
- Support senior store management in managing employee relations issues.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver expert makeup consultations and personalized product recommendations.
- Proactively engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships.
- Oversee daily operations of the makeup department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and tracking sales trends.
- Maintain Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention and health and safety protocols.
- Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge and experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Comfortable using technology in-store to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on makeup artistry and beauty services.
