Makeup Supervisor

2. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
3. Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
4. Demonstrate expert knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and trends.
5. Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their individual needs and preferences.
6. Drive sales by achieving individual and team sales targets.
7. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
8. Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting stock checks and replenishments as needed.
9. Collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional activities.
10. Conduct regular training sessions for Beauty Advisors.

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the beauty or retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and industry trends.

1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Familiarity with Sephora's brand and product offerings is a plus.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the beauty or retail industry.
