1. Enhance Sephora's reputation as a beauty reference in Brazil.
2. Expand training and development capabilities for all sales consultants in beauty expertise.
3. Keep stores updated on beauty trends and product launches.
4. Represent the company at events, PR actions, Beauty Club, and conduct Masterclasses with clients.
5. Act as a sales consultant in-store, demonstrating beauty expertise to clients while adhering to company values and standards.
6. Promote and execute all available makeup services in-store, guiding other sales consultants as needed.
7. Develop action plans with store leadership to enhance the artistic development of sales consultants and prepare them for certifications such as CMAC, Color Expert, Skincare Expert, and Fragrance Expert.
8. Support and oversee the execution of product launches, brand events, and Masterclasses in-store.
9. Train the makeup team on techniques, brands, and product knowledge.
10. Assist in the development of beauty expertise across all sales consultants and departments.
11. Monitor Express Services training conducted by Makeup Artists and manage CMAC certifications.
12. Stay updated on product trends and techniques, sharing insights with the team.
13. Conduct training sessions in line with the Education team's guidelines.
14. Prepare product and technique training to support store animation.
15. Support the integration of new sales consultants, particularly in the makeup sector.
16. Conduct exclusive product and brand training with sales consultants as directed by the education team.
17. Act as a trainer for stores and studios.
18. Support training for new brands and launches.

1. Minimum 18 months with the company
2. Professional Makeup Artist

1. Advanced makeup artistry
2. Strong communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to train and mentor others
4. Knowledge of current beauty trends and products
5. Customer service excellence

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
