1. Serve as an in-store sales consultant, demonstrating expertise in beauty products to all clients while adhering to company values and standards.
2. Promote and execute all available in-store makeup services with excellence, and oversee the performance of other sales consultants, providing guidance as needed.
3. Develop action plans with store leadership focused on the artistic development of sales consultants and prepare them for CMAC, Color Expert, Skincare Expert, and Fragrance Expert certifications.
4. Execute, support, and oversee the structure of product launches, brand events, and Masterclasses held in-store.
5. Represent the company at events, PR activities, and Beauty Club engagements, conducting Masterclasses with clients.

1. Completion of secondary education and professional makeup certification.
2. Exemplary in-store behavior in line with organizational values.
3. Proficiency in customer service and execution of makeup services.
4. Ability to conduct training sessions for commercial teams.
5. Full availability for travel and flexible working hours.

Experience in a retail or beauty environment is preferred, with a focus on makeup application and customer interaction.
