1. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance makeup skills, selling techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear performance goals, and create personalized development plans for team members.
4. Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment, driving a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence in service.
5. Support senior store management in managing employee relations issues, including lateness, attendance concerns, and performance-related matters.
6. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
7. Deliver expert makeup consultations, personalized product recommendations, and makeup services.
8. Proactively engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
9. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
10. Oversee the daily operations of the makeup department, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
11. Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and seasonal events.
12. Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators, tracking sales trends, and implementing strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and store performance.
13. Maintain Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention, health and safety protocols, and adherence to company policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry.

2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
3. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet sales targets.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience in handling employee relations issues.
6. Comfortable using technology in-store for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer engagement.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons as required.
