Sephora Makeup Group Manager

- Analyze market trends and define strategic priorities to enhance Sephora's brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with global teams to co-develop category differentiation strategies.
- Manage brand portfolios to maximize sales while ensuring profitability and optimal inventory management.
- Communicate strategic objectives effectively across 21 markets and ensure proper execution.
- Develop and implement omnichannel brand concepts and plans, including exclusive 'only at Sephora' initiatives.
- Identify and launch new brands to reinforce Sephora's position as a category leader.
- Optimize product assortments and manage monthly budget tracking for all brands.
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation and oversee end-of-life processes.
- Participate in pricing and promotional strategy development in coordination with Revenue Growth Management.
- Lead a team, including a launch coordinator and category manager, to ensure strategic brand management.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing within the beauty industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strategic vision and management aptitude.
- International experience with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational leadership and rigor.
- Proactive and action-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 5 years in marketing, retail, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the beauty category.
