1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in exploring their creativity and enhancing their beauty through makeup.
3. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one makeup appointments with customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge of iconic brands.

1. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 3 years of sales and artistry experience.

1. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
2. Ability to stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge.
3. Excellent communication skills for explaining product benefits.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Flexibility to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

A minimum of 3 years in sales and artistry, with a preference for candidates holding a certificate or qualification in artistry.

Up to $29.64 per hour, plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
