1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in discovering their inner artist through makeup application.
3. Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques.
4. Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one makeup appointments with customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to share and expand knowledge of iconic brands.

1. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.
2. Previous sales and artistry experience preferred.

Up to $26.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekends and public holidays.
