1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in exploring their creativity and enhancing their personal style through makeup.
3. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one appointments to share artistry knowledge with customers.

1. Previous sales and artistry experience.
2. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

3. Proficiency in makeup application and techniques.
4. Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Up to $28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
